🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
We get that sometimes things don’t go as planned — which is why we offer a 48-hour window from the time your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. After that 48-hour period, we won’t be able to accept any requests, no matter the reason.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags still attached
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the shipping label
- You'll need to provide your order ID, delivery date, and clear photos of both the item and packaging
- Items showing wear, damage, or missing components won’t be accepted
- Unapproved returns or exchanges will not be processed
💳 What You’ll Receive
Once your return is approved and we receive the item, we’ll issue you store credit, which you can use to place a new order of your choice.
⚠️ We do not offer direct exchanges or replacements anymore — including for sizing issues. Every case is handled with store credit only.
🚚 Shipping Fee Deductions
To cover return logistics:
- ₹100 will be deducted from your store credit for reverse pickup
- If your order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), an extra ₹100 will be deducted to account for the original delivery cost we paid upfront
- Prepaid orders: ₹100 deduction
- COD orders: ₹200 deduction
⚠️ For returns involving more than 2 items, shipping charges may be higher based on weight or volume — we’ll notify you before processing your credit. No need for extra payment — all deductions will be made from the store credit itself.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Product?
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we’ll either:
- Send a replacement item free of charge, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Please provide clear photos and a short description of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items bought on sale or at a discount
- Gift cards
All of the above are considered final sale.
📦 Delivery Issues Due to Incorrect Info
If your package can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address or phone number provided by you, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we’ll either resend it (once) or issue store credit.
Please note: Cancellations due to customer mistakes will not be refunded.
📩 How to Request a Return
To start a return or exchange, WhatsApp us at +91-9599211462 with the following:
- Your Order ID
- Date of delivery
- Whether you’re requesting a return or exchange
- Clear photos of the product, original packaging, and shipping label
Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for the pickup.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue was due to our mistake.
