Terms & Conditions – Buzi

Welcome to Buzi. By shopping with us, you agree to the following rules. Nothing scary, just the basics so everyone’s on the same page.

1. General Vibes

  • Buzi is an Indian clothing brand that makes brainrott gear for the internet generation.

  • By using our site or buying from us, you agree to follow these Terms.

  • We might update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post them here.

2. Who Can Order

  • You need to be 18+ to order.

  • If you’re under 18, please ask your parents before spending their money on Buzi.

3. Products

  • What you see on the website is what you get (mostly). Colors, fits, and vibes may look a little different IRL because of lighting, screens, and human error.

  • All products are subject to availability. If we run out, sorry—you’ll have to wait for the next drop.

4. Payments

  • All prices are in INR and include GST.

  • Payments are processed through secure gateways. If your payment fails, the order won’t go through.

  • Please don’t try shady stuff—we’ll cancel suspicious orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We’ll ship your order as fast as we can. Timelines depend on where you live and how good (or bad) the courier is.

  • Once we hand it over to the courier, the risk is on you. Track your package using the link we send.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • You’ve got 48 hours after delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and with tags + original packaging intact.

  • Sale items, accessories, and limited drops are usually non-returnable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Buzi’s designs, logos, graphics, and content are ours. Don’t steal them.

  • Feel free to rep your Buzi gear anywhere though—that’s the whole point.

8. No Funny Business

Please don’t:

  • Hack our site or mess with it.

  • Use our stuff for copying/cloning.

  • Place fake orders just to waste time.

9. Liability (aka Don’t Sue Us for Silly Stuff)

  • We’re not responsible for indirect or random damages that come from using our site or products.

  • Maximum liability = the price you paid for the product.

10. Law & Order (Not the TV Show)

  • These Terms follow Indian laws.

  • If there’s a dispute, it’ll be handled in the courts of New Delhi, India.
